About Southern Louisiana Thanksgiving
In this cooking class Chef Champion is taking the gloves off and holding nothing back. For the first time, we are bringing true Cajun/Creole to your community. Champion will be sharing his secrets from his home down south. Come and learn the true art of Cajun/Creole at its best. This class is geared toward a new and improved Thanksgiving. If you want change in your kitchen as well as change your life than this is the class for you. Chef Champion will not only share some of his outstanding creations with you he will also show you new mental awareness that will make you better cooks instantly. This is a class you don't want to miss and will surely impress your guests this coming Thanksgiving. Let us give thanks to a wonderful meal that I'm sure you will be creating soon.

Please Note: This is a demonstration and not a hands on cooking class. Participants do get to taste all of the recipes.
Full refunds will be given up until the start of the workshop. Once the workshop starts, fees are non-refundable. Workshops are subject to cancellation if they do not have sufficient enrollment.
