Learn about the history and process of cheese-making, get tips for entertaining with cheese, and learn about cheese pairings.

Presenters: Cindy Schmitt, deli supervisor at Festival Foods, and Peter Leuer, Midwest regional marketing manager at the Milk Marketing Board.
